The 2008 Pinot Noir is a beautifully balanced wine with stunning length and complexity

Deep ruby in colour, this intensely concentrated Pinot Noir has aromas of spiced fruit and ripe cherry with underlying savoury complexity.
A rich palate of berry fruit and plum flavours with hints of mocha and spice integrate with soft tannins, to reveal a beautifully balanced wine with length and complexity.

Deep ruby/crimson, very intense
Aroma:
Ripe cherry, Black Doris plum and savory notes are mixed with underlying aromas of dark chocolate, dried spices and hints of lavender.
Palate:
Rich and full with interwoven savoury and fruit favours dominated by succulent plum and berry fruit.
The wine has a tight, yet rich and full structure with silky, ripe tannins and unbelievable length.
