Terms and Conditions
Delivery Method
All deliveries within New Zealand are by Courier and direct to your door. The Courier does not require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address, they will leave the parcel in a location as specified by you in the Delivery address field on the Purchasing page. Please ensure that you complete these details, especially if the delivery is likely to be a time that you will be away from the delivery address when the courier calls.

Shortages or Breakages
Any shortages or breakages must be reported to Auntsfield Estate Ltd within 24 hours, by telephone or email and quoting your “Shopping Cart - Order Number”.
Returns Policy
Every effort is made to ensure the wine you order from Auntsfield reaches you in top condition. If you are not happy with the product, please contact us within 3 days of its arrival. Please contact us before returning any goods. We do not accept returns without you first discussing your concerns with us.
When returns are necessary, the product must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the same condition as it left us, and with shipping prepaid by the customer. All wine you return must be packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit to us.
Faulty product will be replaced, if possible. If replacement is not possible we will refund the item in the same form that payment was made.
