2004 cob cottage Chardonnay
This wine is an excellent follow up to the 2003 vintage which won a Gold medal at the Air NZ Wine Awards
It’s purity of fruit, subtle oak and creamy malolactic tones give this wine superb length, texture and structure. It will cellar well over the next 5 years.
The grapes for this wine were grown near the site of an early Cob Cottage which was the home of Doctor Stewart Marlborough’s first medical practitioner.

Apricot, peach and nectarine flavours compliment the rich, creamy texture to create a powerful wine of seamless length and complexity.
