2007 pretty horses Rose
Low cropping, hand-picked, hillside Pinot Noir
The grapes have been crafted into a complex and expressive Rosé.
This wine exhibits vibrant aromas of strawberry, raspberry and tamarillo, while the creamy rich palate of berry- fruit reveals a style of Rosé with complexity, freshness and a long, lingering finish.
The "Pretty Horses", Punch & Fan, were two of the magnificent Clydesdales that worked the land at Auntsfield Estate in colonial times.

Intense aromas of strawberry, boysenberry and raspberry are complemented by complex aromas of tamarillo and dried spice.

Rich, elegant and vibrant, this wine displays complex red berry fruit flavours layered within a creamy texture. The rich mouth feel is balanced by fresh fruit vibrancy and ends with a long lingering finish.
