2005 long cow Sauvignon Blanc
This wine exhibits the amazing fruit spectrum that Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc has to offer
The fruit for this wine was grown near the original ‘Long Cow Paddock’, that in colonial times enclosed the Auntsfield house-cow.

Pale green apple/straw gold
Aroma:
Lifted aromas of ripe, tropical fruits, passionfruit and melon are balanced with vibrant herbal notes of cut grass, nettle and capsicum.
Palate:
Rich, ripe tropical fruits dominate the front palate with flavours reminiscent of peach, passionfruit, papaya and banana. Crafted in a dry style, this Sauvignon has generous palate weight and a rich mouth filling texture yet this is followed through with persistent
length and a crisp finish.
